Penn Yan- Summer Martin, born asleep on Saturday, May 24, 2025
Viewing will be on Thursday, May 29 at 2 p.m. at Oak Lawn Mennonite Church, 1566 Lake-to-Lake Rd., Stanley, NY. Services will follow.
Surviving are her parents, Kevin and Dianne Martin; brother, Jaxon Martin; paternal grandparents, Arnold and Alta Martin; maternal grandparents, Delton and Ruth Ann Martin; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Summer was predeceased by maternal grandmother, Irene Martin.

Sending my deepest sympathies to the family of Summer. Although I do not know you, my heart goes out to you. Parents should not bury their children, it should be the other way around.
The only way for me to make sense of such a tragedy as this is to believe that the Good Lord needs your Summer. She is now an Angel with a higher purpose. Holding you in my thoughts and prayers.
