Middlesex-Paula C. Rugg, age 62, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
Honoring Paula’s wishes there will be no services.
Paula is survived by her life partner, Ray McLoud, Jr.; children, Nickole (Kurt) Shay, Crystal (Ben) Fleischman, Wesley (Brandi) Fleischman, Brian (Carolyn) Fleischman; step-children, Matthew (Brittan) McLoud, Michael McLoud and Dillon McLoud; she will be missed and remembered by her grandchildren, Ashlee (Cody) Docteur, Brandon (Hailey) Thornton, Jacob Thornton, Miranda Williams, Zackarie Ott, Derek Shay, Aiden Fleischman, Dmitri Fleishman, Zayden McLoud, Laiken McLoud, Rayliegh McLoud, and Able McLoud; she will be extremely missed and never forgotten by her great-grandchildren, Brantley and Dandelyn Docteur, Ethan and Navie Thornton, Alexa and Benjamin Northrop, Kinsley and WrenLee Thornton and Colton and Kaiden Ott.
Paula was predeceased by her parents, Reginald Welsey Rugg, Sr., and Barbara Bablow Lafler; granddaughter, Brandy Lynn; grandson, Tyler; step-son, RJ and her brother, Reginald Wesley Rugg, Jr.
