Obituary
Penn Yan – Harold S. Laursen, age 76, formerly of Ridge Road, passed away on Dec. 3, 2021.
Burial will be in Bellona Cemetery on Saturday (Dec. 11th) at 1 p.m.

Harold was born July 14, 1945 in Penn Yan, NY. He was the son of the late Henry Laursen and Marguerite Tillman Laursen. Harold attended Penn Yan Academy.
Harold was retired from Transelco in Dresden. He always enjoyed farming, and also enjoyed transporting Mennonite friends. Harold was a man of few words.
Harold is survived by his brother, Michael (Peggy) Laursen; sister-in-law, Barbara Laursen; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Harold was predeceased by his son, Daniel Laursen in 2004; and three brothers, Charles, Edwin and Donald Laursen.
