Obituary
Penn Yan- Deidra Marie Anderson, age 55, passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Burial will be in Benton Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Mozaic, formerly ARC of Yates – 1083 Waterloo-Geneva Rd. Waterloo, NY 13165.
Deidra was born on May 2, 1970 in Geneva, NY. She was a beautiful soul and loved by all that met her.
Deidra is survived by her loving grandmother and lifetime caregiver, Elsie Anderson; her mother, Sue (Tim) Fetterman; aunt, Kelly (Barry) Hurlburt; uncle, Kevin (Laura) Anderson; aunt, Lesa Anderson; many cousins including, Chris (Lisa), Corey, Arynn and Nicholas (Amanda) and their 3 kids (Paislee, Haidyn, Baylor) who were very entertaining to her; a special friend, Wendy Dame who cared for her like family; many friends at the ARC.
Deidra was predeceased by her grandfather, Carl Anderson and a cousin Francis Wright, who always looked out for her and cared deeply for her.
