Penn Yan – Barbara Ann Spencer, age 66, passed away peacefully at Penn Yan Manor Nursing Home, with family at her side.

          There will be no local services. Burial will be in Florida.

          Memorial contributions may be made to Penn Yan Manor, 655 N. Liberty St., Penn Yan, NY 14527.

          Barbara was born in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of the late Philip and Angelina Pizzo. She was a homemaker, who enjoyed baking and crafting.

          Barbara is survived by 4 siblings, Ruth (Robert) Mitch, Linda (Terry) Grove, Philip (Andy Miller) Pizzo and Vincent Pizzo; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
