Obituary
Syracuse/Stanley- Ramona Jean Carr, age 94, passed away on Monday, December 29, 2025.
Interment will be in Little Church Cemetery at a future date.

Ramona was born on November 11, 1931, a daughter of the late Charles E. and Mildred Aretta (Johnson) Carr. She was employed at the Seneca Shop Department Store in Geneva for many years, retiring as Head Sales Clerk. Ramona enjoyed gardening and spending time in her flowerbeds.
Ramona is survived by her sister, Arlene Austin and nieces and nephews, Kevin (Deborah) Griffin, Lori (Gary) Bursey, Dawn (the late Alan) Goda, Pamela (Christopher) Murray and Jeffrey Austin.
Ramona was predeceased by her parents and siblings, Loretta Griffin, Sharon (Mark) Petitti and Steven Carr and brothers-in-law, Claude Austin and Elton Grady, “Griff”, Griffin, niece Paula Kim Griffin, and nephews Michael Griffin and Eric Griffin.
