Keith was born on June 11, 1971, the son of Susan (Pool) and William Blaker. He was a graduate of Midlakes High School. Keith was a member of the IBEW Electrical Union #1249 and was currently employed by BACRODEC Contracting in Shortsville. He belonged to the Middlesex Conservation Club, the Gorham Republican Party and the First Congregational Church of Canandaigua.
Keith is survived by his wife, Rebecca C. Nisbet Blaker; his daughters, Emily and Hannah Blaker; parents, William and Susan Blaker; sisters, Kristine Blaker and Kaiti Pierce; father and mother-in-law, Richard and Rosemary Nisbet; sister-in-law, Tabitha (Sean) Morris; niece, Samantha (Zack) Podgers; nephews, Noah Morris, Luther Jenkins and Lydell Jenkins, Jr.; as well as close friends, Dave and Tina Gushlaw, Zachary St. Denis, Kyle and Sarah Heath, their children, Leigh and Levi and Jeremy Depew and many other close friends.
Keith was predeceased by a nephew, Joseph Michael Eddinger.
In his short time with us, Keith lived a life full of service. A dedicated friend to all, Keith, would never hesitate to lend a helping hand to all, regardless of whether they could offer anything in return. He coped with serious health conditions with a positive attitude and his constant smile was known and appreciated. Keith was the recipient of a transplant in 2019 which allowed him to continue to live life focused on giving back- to his family, friends, neighbors, and community; Keith treasured his wife and two daughters above all. Keith was loved by so many, and everyone who knew Keith knows what the gift of his time with us on earth was. We hold Keith in our hearts forever and always.

So sorry to Sue, Bill and family for your loss! You’re in my thoughts and prayers. I voted for Keith in early voting. I can’t imagine how difficult it must be to lose a child. He sounds like he was loved by everyone.

Becky, Emily, Hannah,
I was shocked to learn of Keith’s passing last week. Though I never had the opportunity to meet him in person, I feel like I’ve known him forever, the same goes for you girls, as your mom and I about you all and my girls all the time. I know that your dad loved you, and Becky, I have no doubt he loved you and you loved him. I cannot imagine what it’s like to lose my spouse, but know that you are all loved, you are all in my thoughts and prayers, as are the people that will undoubtedly be moving forward with a big empty whole in their hearts. There are no words to make the hurt and pain easier in this moment, just try and take some solace in knowing that Keith is now at rest, and looking down on you all, watching over you as you move forward along life’s pathway. God bless you all.
